Constructed from 8-gauge steel & finished with a durable powder coat, this attachment features 2 high density self-skinned foam thigh supports fixed to a telescoping adjustment providing 8 different height adjustments. The Lat Pulldown Seat mounts to a 3” square upright with 1” through holes on 2” centers, with a popper pin for added safety & security. (Torque Handle is sold separately.)

Good enough to work, nice materials

use it almost every workout plan, fit onto my rogue monster rack perfectly. my only issue would be the leg compression pad. the leg pad should be a little be wider. if you have big quad muscles the pad won't fit your legs evenly, this is not made for strongman, or heavier powerlifters.

Highest possible quality. Works perfectly with Rogue Monster 3x3 rack

I got this to use with the Beyond Power Voltra I and my Rogue Monster 3x3 rack. This is perfectly compatible with the Monster. Locks tight and doesn’t shift around like the Rogue Lat Pulldown seat. Absolutely bomb-proof and is the best possible option for any type of lat pulldown option with a Rogue Monster rack. Highest possible quality.
