The best hack squat available

The Prime Fitness hack squat is a remarkable piece of equipment. It can be used by new and advanced lifters. The banding system on it is next level and allows you to adjust the tension by stretching the band. This is useful for individuals who aren't comfortable moving into full knee flexion under load because you can decrease the tension as you lower the weight.

It is also a very comfortable piece of equipment and can be used by both taller and shorter individuals. Whether you are 6'7" or 5'0" tall, you can adjust the starting position and foot plate to best fit your mechanics.

Finally, you can adjust the back pad so you can place greater emphasis on hip flexion or training calves.

A perfect addition to our gym

The Prime plate loaded hack squat machine has been a perfect addition to our gym. It is so smooth and adjustable without causing any knee or back issues. Prime made adding bands easy which allows the users to adjust the lift tension in 9 different ways. Plus, the back pad adjusts turning the hack squat machine into an entirely different squat press machine. Personally, I like adjusting the back pad and using it for calf raises. It is a very smooth and versatile machine making it a great addition to any gym.
