IMO the shorty bench is the best home gym bench currently available on the market due to its versatility. It’s a full incline/decline adjustable bench that can ALSO be transformed into a utility bench AND a preacher curl.
Another huge benefit is that it can be used with the new smart arm attachment so you can do leg curls/extensions off of your rack as well, eliminating the need for any stand alone machines.
I could not find a better home gym eco system out there as Prime has found a niche to really bringing high end commercial gym equipment to home gym users who want the absolute best options available.

The shorty bench has been a perfect fit for my tiny gym space. I purchased some of the accessories, like the arm pads and foothold attachments. The bench fits under a sofa table in what used to be my dining room and is easy to move around. The pad is comfortable and the bench is very stable on my gym padded floor. I highly recommend it if you are limited in space.
Solid bench, good adjustable angles, solidly built while not being gigantic like a lot of other units on the market. Well packaged and showed up in prime condition.
Attachments and removeable headrest are cool differentiators at the moment.
Shipping was looking crazy high but I reached out and Prime was able to fix something in their system and it came down to a reasonable rate. All in all happy with the purchase.
Yes this bench is expensive, yes the shipping cost will make you cry, but there are reasons for that big sticker price:
1. It's hand crafted in the US
2. It displays an incredible attention to detail
3. It's the most modular bench on the market with loads of different attachments.
