The PS-AFB Shorty/ Leg Curl Attachment will attach to the end of the Shorty Bench allowing you to perform lying leg curls with our Smart Arm Rack Attachment.
Good overall and solid build. Wish there was the option to complete seated hamstring curls with this as well seems like it would of been easy to accomplish that and make it more versatile
