The STR Handles give you the ability to quickly transform a “D” Style handle into a longer option for functionality- similar to that of a tricep rope.
The STR Handles have a 3’’ outer ring feature to provide a gap between your hand and the strap while using it as a “D” Style handle- but it also allows a flat surface for the hand to rest on while performing movements like a tricep extension with the attachment fully extended.
This handle is 1.25’’ in diameter with 4.5” of space for the hand between the ends.
