Let me start by saying I love this bench. I do not like this attachment. It is awkward to use and it basically sits in the corner. I wont use it again but don't want to throw it out. Not sure if it is my height or just not a great design. It snaps in well and is made like a tank but there is not really any proper way to use it for me.

This preacher curl attachment turns a shorty into one of the best preacher curls I've ever used. Not only does it attach easily and quickly, you can adjust the angle by adjusting the bench back pad angle. It feels great, takes up very little space with wall storage, and adds a preacher curl to my home gym. If you have a shorty, this is a no brainer. If you don't have a bench or a preacher curl, this attachment alone would be enough for me to consider the shorty too.
